My Warm, Fuzzy Thoughts Box
 
It is important to remember to take care of ourselves first so that we can take care of others. We can accomplish this by making ourselves feel good about ourselves. How do you do that? One way is by writing down good memories that you have and looking at them from time to time, (especially when we are feeling down). You can now do this electronically right here. Create your own warm, fuzzy box where you can record special moments when you really felt good about yourself or remember a time when someone made you feel special. Enter a memory, story, joke, quote, event, or accomplishment(s) in to the box below. This site will create a "box" for your thoughts and e-mail it to you. You can store it in your e-mail and look at it when you are feeling down to uplift yourself.
